Our Process
Step 1
We set up our equipment using the highest level of safety measures available. Once on your roof, we perform a visual inspection of your panels and notify you should we discover any damage and wear. We take pictures of your panels before we begin our cleaning.
Step 2
We begin by pre-soaking your panels with deionized water to loosen and dirt, grime, and scaling. We continue by scrubbing your panels with the designated soft brush that will not scratch or damage your panels. We perform this until all dirt and grime are removed from your panels. No soaps or chemicals are required.
Step 3
A final rinse ensures your panels are left sparkling clean and looking new. This also means your panels will continue to perform at their peak maximum power output.
Step 4
We take pictures after the cleaning is completed and keep them on file under your profile for future use. To protect your warranty, we provide you access to this information at any time.
